Quarterback – Caden Lesnau (McAlester)
Started as a wide receiver as a sophomore. Then moved to quarterback his junior year and led the Buffaloes to a second consecutive state championship game. He looks to finish his high school career on a strong note.
Wide Receiver/Tight End – Kinyon Burge (Savanna)
Burge will be called on to play a bigger role this season. He is an outstanding athlete and person.
Running Back – Ethan Watkins (McAlester)
A strong runner out of the backfield, Watkins will look to be one of the production leaders for the Buffaloes this season.
Offensive Lineman – Brett Dickens (Savanna)
A sound blocker up front, Dickens does a great job of keeping the defense out of the backfield.
Defensive Lineman – Cody Sanders (Hartshorne)
Sanders is strong, and physical, and will wreak havoc on the Miners’ opponents this season.
Linebacker – Acetin Rowell (Hartshorne)
Whether the opponent is running or passing, Rowell does a great job of finding the ball and getting to it.
Defensive Back – Carter Lance (McAlester)
Patrolling the secondary, Carter will look to have a big season at slowing down the opposing passing game. He is a great teammate on and off the field.
